The Challenge

The rapid growth of FICPA’s memberships and community needs inspired the idea to streamline multiple tools and functionalites into one integrated digital platform.

The Solution

Kiratech created Connect, a holistic, community-driven solution for modern associations (i.e. FICPA) to stay connected. On the association’s side, the platform passively records all member actions to provide insights as guidance as well as serve as a tool to boost registrations and renewals, collect member feedback, and increase engagement. Meanwhile, the platform introduced a space for open and private discussions for association members.

Our Process

Connect was created as a SaaS offering for Kiratech’s accounting society clients in the United States of America. The platform was developed using multi-mix of onsite/offsite Infrastructure and servers, Windows infrastructure including IIS and .NET frameworks, as well as cached database shading and hybrid relational database configuration for dynamic load balance against data sets. For cybersecurity, a dynamic firewall protection service (Angel) across hundreds of deployed services was used, acting as a “honey pot” to prevent targeted attacks.
